- Scope and Transaction Nature
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all service purchases and appointments provided by MB SkinConcept & Beauty GmbH (trading as Velvetvibesalon, operating via operator@velvetvibesalon.com, located at An der Krimm 19B, 55124 Mainz, registered under HRB 50981, AG Mainz).
One-Off Consumption: All transactions conducted through our website are strictly one-off consumption purchases for discrete hair and beauty service appointments or associated digital elements. There are no recurring subscription fees, ongoing membership obligations, or automatic renewals.
- Cancellation and Refund Window (Within 30 Minutes)
30-Minute Grace Period: Clients may cancel a placed order and request a full refund of any deposit or payment within 30 minutes of completing the initial transaction, provided that the service fulfillment or digital delivery process has not yet commenced.
To exercise this right within the 30-minute window, notice must be sent via email directly to operator@velvetvibesalon.com.
- Service Stage and Non-Refundability
Once Service Delivery Begins: In accordance with standard commercial practices and applicable German and European consumer protection regulations, once an appointment enters the active service stage, digital deliverables are accessed, or on-site preparation has been executed, no refunds shall be issued.
Waiver of Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to European consumer protection directives regarding digital and remote services, once digital content or service fulfillment has commenced, the user expressly waives the 14-day right of withdrawal / cooling-off period. Because digital components and scheduling arrangements are initiated immediately, the right to withdraw expires upon commencement of performance.
- Refund Processing and Timeline
In the event that a valid refund is approved within the designated 30-minute cancellation window, the refund will be processed through the original method of payment.
Refund Arrival Time: Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refunded funds to appear on your original payment statement, depending on standard banking processing cycles and intermediary financial institution processing times.
