By booking or purchasing any services through our website, the client agrees to be bound by these terms in accordance with German and European law.
  2. Nature of Services and One-Off Transactions
    All services offered on our website constitute professional hair and beauty care provisions.

One-Off Consumption: All purchases made through our platform are one-off transactions for specific, discrete service appointments or digital access elements. There are no automatic renewals, recurring billing structures, or ongoing subscription commitments associated with standard service orders unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  1. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content and Immediate Services
    In compliance with European consumer protection directives and German statutory regulations regarding remote contracts:

Digital Content and Immediate Service Commencement: For any digital deliverables, immediate bookings, or services where performance has begun with the client’s explicit prior consent and acknowledgment, the consumer expressly acknowledges that they lose their 14-day statutory right of withdrawal once the performance of the service or digital provision has commenced.

Specifically, once the digital content or service fulfillment process has started, the user expressly waives the 14-day right of withdrawal / cooling-off period.

  1. Pricing, Payment, and Appointments
    All prices listed on our website are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) where applicable under German law.

Payments are processed securely via our designated online checkout structure. Appointments and service fulfillment are contingent upon successful receipt of required deposits or payments.

  1. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
    MB SkinConcept & Beauty GmbH shall be liable in accordance with statutory provisions for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of injury to life, limb, or health, or breach of cardinal contractual obligations.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
